Shipping & Processing

Ready-to-ship items typically leave Franklin, NC within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces ship after completion; timelines are confirmed when your order is accepted. You’ll receive tracking when your package is on the way.

Local pickup in the Franklin / Macon County area may be available by arrangement — mention it when you order or contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, most sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact emma@hookyarn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work on a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Custom orders are non-refundable once I begin making your piece, except for defects attributable to workmanship.

Privacy

I collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, and (if you opt in) send occasional product updates. Payment details are processed by Square — I do not store full card numbers.

Contact form and newsletter submissions are used to reply to you and operate the shop. I do not sell your personal information.
