Where do you ship?
I ship across the United States from Franklin, North Carolina. Local pickup in the Franklin / Macon County area may be available by arrangement.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship items usually leave within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces ship after completion — you’ll get a tracking note when they head out.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is handmade, most sales are final. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact me within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
How should I care for crochet pieces?
Spot clean when possible. For washable yarns, use a gentle hand wash in cool water, reshape flat to dry, and avoid high heat. Care notes are listed on each product when available.
